Shipping and Returns

Beauty products cannot be refunded. We do not offer returns or exchanges on any of our products unless the product arrives damaged.

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with labels, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping

Canada & US only
All orders are processed within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

After you receive a notification letting you know your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time for Canadian orders is 7-14 business days and 4-7 business days in the US. Due to COVID-19 shipping delays may occur. We are not responsible for lost packages. The customer will be responsible for paying the cost if we reship it to you. Please contact your mail courier first for lost shipping.
